01 About Our Technology
Klonr is an AI-powered platform that uses artificial intelligence models to generate images, videos, and virtual personas. We believe in full transparency about the technology that powers our service and its limitations.
02 AI Models We Use
Our Platform integrates the following third-party AI models:
Image Generation
- Google Gemini / Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image): A multimodal AI model by Google DeepMind used for generating and editing high-fidelity images from text prompts and reference images. Capable of character consistency, text rendering, and up to 4K resolution output.
- Seedream 4.5 (ByteDance): An image generation model developed by ByteDance, optimized for portrait refinement, text rendering, and multi-image composition with strong editing consistency.
Video Generation
- Kling AI (Kuaishou Technology): An AI video generation model supporting text-to-video, image-to-video, motion control, lip-sync, and camera movement control. Capable of generating videos up to 1080p resolution.
We may add, remove, or change AI models at any time to improve quality and service availability. Changes will be reflected in updates to this disclosure.
03 How AI Generation Works
When you use our Platform:
- Input: You provide text prompts, reference images, character configurations, and/or other parameters.
- Processing: Your inputs are sent to one or more third-party AI APIs for processing. The AI models use machine learning algorithms trained on large datasets to generate new visual content.
- Output: The AI returns generated images or videos, which are stored on our servers and made available to you for download and use.
Important: AI-generated content is produced by statistical models. It is not created by human artists, photographers, or videographers. The AI does not "understand" content in the way humans do — it generates outputs based on learned patterns from training data.
04 Limitations & Risks of AI-Generated Content
You should be aware of the following limitations:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain visual errors, anatomical inaccuracies, distorted text, or other artifacts.
- Unintended Resemblance: AI models may generate faces or features that unintentionally resemble real individuals. This is a known limitation of AI image generation technology.
- Bias: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data, including biases related to race, gender, body type, and other characteristics. We encourage users to review generated content critically.
- Inconsistency: The same prompt may produce different results each time. Character consistency across multiple generations is improving but not guaranteed.
- Evolving Technology: AI capabilities, quality, and limitations change over time as models are updated by their providers. Results may vary as models are upgraded or changed.
- Content Safety: Despite safety filters, AI models may occasionally generate content that is unexpected, offensive, or inappropriate. Safety measures are imperfect.
- Digital Watermarks: Some AI models embed invisible digital watermarks (e.g., Google's SynthID) in generated content. These watermarks may be detectable by platforms and could be used to identify content as AI-generated.
05 AI Training Data
The AI models used by our Platform were trained by their respective companies (Google, Kuaishou, ByteDance) on large datasets. We do not control or have visibility into the specific training data used by these models. Concerns about training data should be directed to the respective AI model providers.
Klonr does not use your uploaded images or generated content to train AI models. However, third-party AI providers may process data according to their own data policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of each AI provider for details.
06 Ethical Use Guidelines
We are committed to the responsible development and use of AI. We encourage all users to:
- Consider disclosing when content is AI-generated, especially in public-facing contexts.
- Avoid using AI-generated content to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm.
- Respect the evolving legal landscape around AI-generated content, including disclosure requirements.
- Report any issues with generated content, including unintended resemblances, biases, or safety concerns.
07 Regulatory Compliance
We monitor and comply with evolving AI regulations, including but not limited to:
- The EU AI Act and its requirements for transparency and disclosure of AI-generated content.
- US state and federal laws regarding deepfakes, synthetic media, and AI-generated content.
- Platform-specific requirements for labeling AI-generated content (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, etc.).
- FTC guidelines regarding AI-generated endorsements and testimonials.
As regulations evolve, we will update our practices and this disclosure accordingly.
