Refund Policy
Our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes.

01 All Sales Are Final
No Refunds. All purchases on Klonr — including subscription payments and credit pack purchases — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Due to the nature of AI content generation services, computational resources are consumed upon each generation request. Once a purchase is made and access is granted, the service has been delivered and cannot be "returned." This policy applies to all payment types including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time credit pack purchases.
02 Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your plan features until the period expires.
- No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
03 Credit Purchases
- All one-time credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Credits are added to your account immediately upon purchase.
- Unused credits do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
- Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
04 Limited Exceptions
In rare cases, we may issue credits (not cash refunds) at our sole discretion for the following situations:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or double-charged due to a technical error, we will correct the charge.
- Unauthorized Charges: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made, contact us immediately. We will investigate and reverse unauthorized charges as appropriate.
- Extended Service Outages: If the Platform experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may be eligible for account credits.
These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
05 Non-Refundable Situations
To be clear, refunds and credits will not be issued for:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other policy.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (AI results are inherently variable).
- Content generated that violates third-party platform policies, resulting in bans or content removal on those platforms.
- Credits consumed during normal use of the Platform.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
- Changes in third-party AI model capabilities or availability.
- Deciding you no longer want or need the service after purchase.
06 Billing Questions
For billing questions or to report a billing error, email us at klonraihelp@gmail.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The transaction ID or charge date.
- A description of the billing issue.
We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 5 business days.
07 Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination, a ban from future use of the Platform, and potential collection actions for the disputed amount.
