04 Restricted Content (Requires Safeguards)
The following content is permitted only with appropriate safeguards and disclosures:
- Adult Content (NSFW): Content generation output may vary by AI provider. Some providers may produce mature content while others will not. Klonr does not specifically enable or restrict NSFW content — the availability depends on the underlying AI model used. Users are responsible for the content they generate and distribute.
- Political Content: Political advertising or advocacy using AI-generated influencers must comply with all applicable campaign finance and advertising disclosure laws.
- Health & Medical Claims: AI-generated content making health or medical claims must include clear disclaimers that the content is not medical advice.
- Financial Claims: AI-generated content making financial or investment claims must include appropriate disclaimers and comply with FTC guidelines.
05 Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated and human review to detect prohibited content:
- Automated Filters: AI-based content moderation tools scan generated content for policy violations.
- Prompt Filtering: Input prompts are screened for terms and patterns associated with prohibited content.
- User Reports: Community reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team.
- Random Audits: We conduct periodic random reviews of generated content.
No moderation system is perfect. If prohibited content bypasses our filters, it remains a violation of this policy and is subject to enforcement.
06 Reporting Prohibited Content
If you become aware of prohibited content on our platform, please report it immediately by emailing klonraihelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Prohibited Content Report." Include as much detail as possible, including the content in question, the user responsible (if known), and the nature of the violation.
07 Enforcement
- Zero-Tolerance Violations (Section 02): Immediate permanent termination. No refunds. Reported to law enforcement where required.
- Strict Violations (Section 03): Content removal + warning on first offense. Suspension on second offense. Permanent termination on third offense.
- Restricted Content Violations (Section 04): Content removal + guidance on compliance. Repeated violations escalate to suspension and termination.
We reserve the right to skip any enforcement step and proceed directly to permanent termination based on the severity of the violation.
