Subscription & Billing Policy
How billing, subscriptions, and payments work on our platform.

01 Overview
This policy governs all financial transactions, subscription plans, and billing practices on Klonr. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
02 Subscription Plans
- Paid Plans: Various subscription tiers offering different generation limits, access to premium AI models, higher resolution outputs, and additional features. Plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
- Credit Packs: One-time purchases of additional generation credits that can be used alongside any subscription plan.
A paid subscription is required to generate content on Klonr. Free accounts may browse the platform but cannot access generation features.
We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and availability at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
03 Billing & Payment
- Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Accepted Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe in your region.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) starting from the date of initial purchase.
- Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Invoices: Invoices are available through your account dashboard and via email after each payment.
04 Automatic Renewal
- All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- You will be charged the current plan rate at the time of renewal (which may differ from your original rate if pricing has changed — see Section 07).
- A renewal confirmation email is sent prior to each billing date.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.
05 Failed Payments
- If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to process it again up to 3 times over a 10-day period.
- You will be notified via email of each failed payment attempt.
- During the retry period, your account may be placed in a restricted state with limited access to generation features.
- If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be canceled and your account will lose access to paid features.
- You may update your payment method at any time through your account settings to resolve payment issues.
06 Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain your current plan's features until then.
- Unused Credits: Unused generation credits from your current plan do not carry over when changing plans, unless otherwise stated.
07 Price Changes
- We may change subscription pricing at any time.
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
- If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
- Continuing your subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
08 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.
- After cancellation, your generated content will remain accessible for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
09 Refunds
All sales are final. Subscription payments and credit pack purchases are non-refundable. See our
Refund Policy for limited exceptions (billing errors, unauthorized charges).
10 Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please email us at klonraihelp@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
