Klonr relies on third-party services to deliver its core functionality. This policy provides transparency about who these providers are, what data is shared with them, and what terms govern their use. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

02 AI Image Generation Providers

Google — Gemini / Nano Banana Pro

• Service: AI image generation and editing via the Gemini API.
• Data Shared: Text prompts, uploaded reference images, and generation parameters.
• Data Jurisdiction: United States (Google data centers).
• Provider Terms: Gemini API Terms of Service
• Provider Privacy: Google Privacy Policy
• Notable: Generated images may include SynthID digital watermarks. Google's data use policies for API requests may differ from consumer product policies.

ByteDance — Seedream 4.5

• Service: AI image generation and editing.
• Data Shared: Text prompts, uploaded reference images, and generation parameters.
• Data Jurisdiction: May include China, Singapore, and/or the United States (ByteDance/BytePlus infrastructure).
• Provider Terms: BytePlus Terms of Service
• Provider Privacy: BytePlus Privacy Policy
• Notable: ByteDance is the parent company of TikTok. Data processing may occur in jurisdictions with different privacy standards than your home country.

03 AI Video Generation Providers

Kuaishou — Kling AI

• Service: AI video generation including text-to-video, image-to-video, motion control, lip-sync, and camera control.
• Data Shared: Text prompts, uploaded reference images, audio files (for lip-sync), and generation parameters.
• Data Jurisdiction: May include China and other jurisdictions (Kuaishou infrastructure).
• Provider Terms: Kling AI Terms of Service
• Notable: Kuaishou is a Chinese technology company. Generated video content may be processed on servers located in China.

04 Payment Processing

Stripe

• Service: Payment processing, subscription management, and fraud prevention.
• Data Shared: Name, email, billing address, credit/debit card information, and transaction details.
• Data Jurisdiction: United States, with global processing infrastructure.
• Provider Terms: Stripe Terms of Service
• Provider Privacy: Stripe Privacy Policy
• Notable: We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in PCI DSS compliant environments.

05 Infrastructure & Hosting

Our Platform and your data may be hosted on cloud infrastructure providers including but not limited to AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar services. These providers maintain industry-standard security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) and process data under data processing agreements.

06 Analytics & Monitoring

We may use the following analytics and monitoring services:

• Google Analytics: Website traffic and usage analytics (anonymized data).
• Error Tracking: Services such as Sentry or similar for application error monitoring.
• Performance Monitoring: Services for tracking API response times and platform performance.

07 API Aggregators

We may access certain AI models through API aggregator services such as FAL.ai, Replicate, WaveSpeed AI, or similar platforms. These aggregators act as intermediaries between our Platform and the underlying AI models. When aggregators are used:

• Data may be processed through the aggregator's infrastructure before reaching the AI model provider.
• The aggregator's terms of service and privacy policies also apply to the data processing.
• We select aggregators that maintain appropriate security and data handling standards.

08 Your Responsibility

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by these third-party services as described above. While we select our partners carefully and require appropriate data protection measures, we cannot guarantee the practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of the third-party services listed above.

09 Changes to Third-Party Providers

We may change, add, or remove third-party service providers at any time. Material changes to our AI model providers will be communicated through updates to this policy and, where appropriate, through direct notification.
