01 Age Requirement

Klonr is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to create an account, access, or use any features of the Platform.

02 Why We Restrict Access

Our Platform uses AI technology to generate realistic virtual personas, images, and videos. Due to the nature of this technology and its potential for misuse, we restrict access to adults to:

• Protect minors from exposure to AI-generated content that may be inappropriate.
• Prevent the misuse of AI technology by individuals who may not fully understand its implications.
• Comply with applicable laws regarding age restrictions for AI services, particularly those involving the creation of realistic synthetic media.
• Ensure compliance with the terms of our third-party AI providers, which also restrict use by minors.

03 Verification Methods

We may employ one or more of the following age verification methods:

• Self-Declaration: During account registration, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Payment Verification: Valid credit/debit card information may serve as an additional age indicator for paid features.
• ID Verification: We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time, particularly if there is reason to believe you may be underage.
• Third-Party Verification: We may use third-party age verification services that can confirm age without retaining copies of identity documents.

04 Consequences of False Declaration

If we determine that a user has falsely represented their age to access the Platform:

• The account will be immediately and permanently terminated.
• All generated content will be deleted.
• Any remaining credits or subscription time will be forfeited without refund.
• We may report the incident to the user's parent or guardian if their information is available.
• We may take additional legal action as appropriate.

05 Parental Responsibility

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has accessed the Platform without your consent, please contact us immediately at klonraihelp@gmail.com. We will promptly delete the minor's account and all associated data.

06 Content Depicting Minors

AI-generated characters intended for any context involving nudity, sexual situations, or adult themes must clearly appear to be adults (18 years of age or older). Attempts to generate youthful-appearing characters in adult content will be treated as a violation and subject to our zero-tolerance enforcement policy.
