01 Overview

This policy describes how disputes between you and Klonr are handled. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently. We encourage all users to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal dispute procedures.

02 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by emailing us at klonraihelp@gmail.com. Please include:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. If additional time is needed, we will keep you informed of progress.

04 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you and Klonr agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by law. By using our platform, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

05 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of the arbitration provision shall be null and void.

The following types of disputes are excluded from the binding arbitration requirement:

07 Governing Law

This policy and all disputes arising from your use of Klonr are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any litigation permitted under this policy shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

08 Statute of Limitations

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of Klonr must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises. Failure to file within this period constitutes a permanent waiver of that claim.
