01 Our Position on AI Ethics

Klonr believes AI-generated content is a powerful creative and business tool. With that power comes responsibility. This policy outlines the ethical standards we expect from every user of our platform. These standards exist to protect individuals, maintain public trust in AI-generated content, and ensure our platform is used for legitimate purposes.

02 Transparency & Disclosure

Users of our platform must be transparent about the AI-generated nature of their content:

• Social Media: When posting AI-generated influencer content on social media platforms, users must comply with each platform's AI disclosure requirements (e.g., Meta's "Made with AI" labels, TikTok's AI content policies).
• Advertising: AI-generated content used in advertising must comply with FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, including disclosure that the influencer is AI-generated.
• Commercial Use: Brands and businesses using AI-generated influencers must not deceive consumers into believing the influencer is a real person when making product claims or endorsements.
• Legal Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding AI-generated content disclosure.

03 Consent & Likeness Rights

• Your Own Likeness: You are free to use your own face and likeness to create AI-generated content.
• Other Individuals: If you use another person's likeness (face, body, voice), you must have their explicit, written consent. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining proof of this consent.
• Public Figures: Generating content using the likeness of public figures or celebrities without authorization is prohibited unless it qualifies as clearly-labeled parody or satire under applicable fair use laws. You assume all legal risk.
• Minors: You may not use the likeness of any individual under 18 years of age to create AI-generated influencer content, even with parental consent.
• Deceased Individuals: Using the likeness of deceased individuals may be subject to post-mortem publicity rights in certain jurisdictions. You assume all legal risk.

04 No Deception or Manipulation

Our platform must not be used to:

• Create fake identities for the purpose of fraud, catfishing, or social engineering.
• Generate content that impersonates real individuals to damage their reputation, relationships, or livelihood.
• Produce fabricated evidence, fake news, or synthetic media designed to manipulate public opinion or legal proceedings.
• Create misleading testimonials, fake reviews, or deceptive endorsements.
• Manipulate democratic processes including elections, referendums, or public policy debates.
• Generate content for romance scams, catfishing, or emotional manipulation.

05 Bias & Representation

We acknowledge that AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. We encourage users to:

• Be mindful of stereotypical or harmful representations in AI-generated content.
• Avoid creating content that reinforces negative stereotypes about any group.
• Use the platform to create diverse, inclusive, and respectful representations.

We are committed to working with our AI providers to reduce harmful biases in generated content over time.

06 Environmental Responsibility

AI content generation requires significant computational resources. We encourage users to use the platform efficiently and avoid unnecessary or excessive generation requests. We are committed to optimizing our infrastructure for energy efficiency and working with cloud providers that invest in renewable energy.

07 User Accountability

You are solely responsible for:

• All content generated using your account.
• Ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and permissions before generating content using third-party likenesses.
• Any legal consequences arising from the use or distribution of content generated on our platform.

Klonr provides the tools — you are responsible for how you use them. We are not liable for user-generated content or its downstream effects.

08 Reporting Ethical Concerns

If you have concerns about unethical use of our platform or AI-generated content, please report them by emailing klonraihelp@gmail.com with the subject line "Ethical Concern." We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

09 Policy Updates

AI ethics is a rapidly evolving field. This policy will be updated as new laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices emerge. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and/or via email.
