18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

1. Statement of Compliance

This statement addresses compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 (the "2257 regulations"), which require certain producers and distributors of "actual sexually explicit conduct" to maintain records verifying the age and identity of performers.

2. Klonr Chat is not a producer of visual sexually explicit conduct

Klonr Chat (operated by Bedroom Traders Ltd) is a software-as-a-service tool that:

• Generates and processes text-based responses using large language models
• Does not generate, host, store, transmit, or distribute photographic, video, or other visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct
• Does not employ, contract, or otherwise manage performers
• Does not receive, manage, or process payments from end consumers (fans) for sexual content

Accordingly, Bedroom Traders Ltd does not meet the statutory definition of "primary producer" or "secondary producer" under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1, and the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to our operation of the Service.

3. The Content Vault feature

Klonr Chat includes an optional "Content Vault" feature that allows operators to upload, tag, and reference their own pre-existing content (e.g. photographs, video files) so that AI character logic can suggest appropriate items to fans. The Content Vault is a tagging and retrieval system; we do not generate visual content or modify uploaded content.

If you use the Content Vault to store visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real persons:

• You retain full responsibility as the producer (primary or secondary) of that content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257
• You must independently maintain all records required under 28 C.F.R. § 75 (including verified age documentation, record location, custodian designation)
• Klonr Chat's systems do not, and are not designed to, satisfy 2257 record-keeping for you
• Storage of content in the Vault does not transfer producer obligations to Bedroom Traders Ltd

4. Operator responsibilities

As an operator using Klonr Chat in connection with adult content distribution on Fan Platforms, you are responsible for:

• Verifying that all performers depicted in your content are 18+ at the time of production
• Maintaining 2257 records as required by US federal law if you produce content for US distribution
• Complying with equivalent age-verification and record-keeping laws in your jurisdiction (e.g. UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act provisions)
• Designating a custodian of records and complying with custodian disclosure requirements
• Identifying yourself appropriately on adult content you publish

5. Prohibited content

Per our Acceptable Use Policy, the following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Visual or textual depictions of minors in sexual context (including AI-generated, animated, "ageplay", or simulated)
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Content depicting unwilling, coerced, trafficked, or impaired persons
• Content depicting bestiality

We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the US and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) in the UK, and preserve evidence as required by law.

6. No designated custodian

Because Bedroom Traders Ltd is not a producer under 2257, we do not maintain 2257 records and have not designated a custodian of records. This statement should not be construed as an admission that we are subject to 2257 record-keeping.
