Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this is

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities and content that are strictly prohibited when using Klonr Chat (the "Service"). It forms part of the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is grounds for immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of any pre-paid fees, and may be reported to law enforcement.

2. Strictly prohibited content (zero tolerance)

You may not use the Service to generate, send, store, or in any way handle content that:

• Sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors — including any content that depicts, describes, or implies sexual activity, nudity, or sexualised behaviour involving any person under 18 (or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). This includes simulated, fictional, animated, AI-generated, or "ageplay" content. Zero tolerance. Detected content will be reported to NCMEC (US) or the IWF (UK) and law enforcement.
• Depicts or involves non-consenting persons — including non-consensual sexual content, voyeurism, hidden recording, deepfakes of real people without their explicit consent, or any "rape fantasy" framed as non-consensual real action.
• Impersonates real, identifiable people without consent — celebrities, public figures, ex-partners, neighbours, or any specific real person, in a sexual or defamatory context. AI-generated likenesses of real people are explicitly prohibited.
• Glorifies or facilitates violence, abuse, or exploitation — content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, sex trafficking, or coerced sex work.
• Promotes terrorism or extremism — including content from designated terrorist organisations, extremist propaganda, or incitement to violence.
• Contains content involving animals in sexual context.
• Violates intellectual property — copying, distributing, or building on others' copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets without right.
• Is illegal under UK law, US federal law, or applicable local law in the user's or fan's jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not authorise others to:

3.1 Fraud and abuse

• Use stolen payment methods or commit payment fraud
• Issue fraudulent chargebacks (charging back legitimate purchases)
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent quotas, refund policies, or bans
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or business in account registration
• Engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any financial crime

3.2 Platform circumvention beyond what's lawful

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or court order
• Use the Service to engage in tax evasion or unlicensed financial activity
• Use the Service to evade Fan Platform identity verification (KYC) requirements where required by law
• Engage in automated activity that constitutes computer misuse under the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990 or US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act

3.3 Harm to fans

• Use the Service to deceive a fan in ways that constitute fraud (e.g. promising delivery of content with no intent to deliver)
• Use the Service to extort, blackmail, or coerce a fan
• Refuse to deliver paid content (PPV, subscriptions, custom requests) for which the fan has paid in good faith
• Share, leak, or threaten to share fan-identifiable information ("doxing")
• Use the Service to facilitate stalking, harassment, or unwanted contact
• Use the Service to coerce minors or vulnerable persons into sexual acts

3.4 Harm to the Service or other users

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code (except to the extent expressly permitted by law)
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorisation
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing controls, or quota enforcement
• Attempt prompt injection or other manipulation to extract proprietary system prompts or other users' data
• Send malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) outside its intended use
• Use the Service in a way that places undue load or causes service degradation for others
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written agreement

3.5 AI misuse

• Use the Service to generate disinformation, election interference, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour
• Use the Service to evade legally required AI disclosures (CA SB-243, EU AI Act, etc.)
• Use the Service to generate medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional opinion
• Use the Service to "jailbreak" the AI to produce content prohibited by this AUP

4. Disclosure requirements

Many jurisdictions and many Fan Platforms require disclosure when a user is interacting with AI. Without limiting your obligations:

• If a fan directly asks whether they are speaking with a human or AI, you must enable or otherwise comply with our AI Disclosure handling (see AI Disclosure Policy) or otherwise truthfully respond.
• You may not affirmatively claim "I am not a bot" in response to a sincere inquiry, regardless of role-play context.
• You are responsible for any disclosure additionally required by your Fan Platform's terms or by applicable law.

6. Adult content compliance (US 18 U.S.C. § 2257)

You acknowledge that any adult content you produce, host, or transmit through Fan Platforms is subject to record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and equivalent laws. We do not host or generate visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct; the Service generates text only. Your text content nonetheless must comply with all applicable adult-content laws of your jurisdiction and your fans' jurisdictions. See our 2257 Statement.

7. Content monitoring and removal

We do not actively monitor user content. However:

• We may monitor automated signals and audit logs to detect abuse, fraud, and AUP violations
• We may review content if reported, if required by law, or if necessary to investigate suspected violations
• We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any content at any time, with or without notice
• We will report suspected child exploitation material (CSAM) to appropriate authorities and preserve evidence as required by law

8. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP, please report it to klonraihelp@gmail.com with the subject "AUP Violation Report" and as much detail as possible. We will investigate confidentially.

9. Consequences of violation

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account, with or without prior notice
• Permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of pre-paid subscription fees (except where prohibited by law)
• Reporting to law enforcement, regulators, payment processors, and affected platforms
• Cooperation with investigations by competent authorities
• Civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law
• Liability for any damages we suffer as a result of your violation

10. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email and/or dashboard notice. The most current version is always available at https://klonr.ai/legal/acceptable-use.php.
