When you subscribe to any Klonr Chat plan (including Free), you keep a card on file. We will eventually charge a commission percentage on AI-attributed sales (5-15% depending on plan). Commission billing is NOT currently active. We will give you 30+ days written notice before any commission billing begins. You can disable commission billing by cancelling your subscription before it activates.
This Commission Billing Authorization ("Authorization") explains the commission portion of Klonr Chat's pricing model and constitutes your authorization, on subscribing, for future commission charges.

An AI-attributed sale is a transaction occurring on a Fan Platform (Stacked, Fanvue, OnlyFans, etc.) that the Service determines, in good faith and based on observable signals, was made during or in proximate connection to a conversation in which the AI assisted you. You may cancel your subscription at any time before commission billing activates. Cancellation prevents any commission from being charged to you. Cancellation does not retroactively reverse subscription fees already paid. See Refund Policy.
For each calendar month during which commission billing is active, we will compute the total qualifying AI-attributed sales observed via the Service for your account. We will charge the applicable commission percentage of that total to your payment method on the designated billing day.
Each commission charge will be accompanied by an itemised statement (sent by email and viewable in your dashboard) showing:
If you dispute the inclusion of a specific sale in the AI-attributed total, contact klonraihelp@gmail.com within 30 days of the statement date. We will review the attribution evidence in good faith. If we agree the sale was incorrectly attributed, we will issue a refund of the corresponding commission portion.
If a commission charge fails (declined card, insufficient funds), we will retry up to 3 times over 14 days. Continued failure may result in suspension of the Service until the balance is paid.
You may pause commission billing only by cancelling your Klonr Chat subscription. Cancellation will end commission billing at the end of your current cycle.
If you change subscription plans during a billing period, the commission rate applicable to AI-attributed sales is the rate at the time of each sale event, not the rate at the end of the period.
Example: if you upgrade from Starter (10%) to Pro (8%) mid-month, sales before the upgrade are commissioned at 10%, sales after the upgrade are commissioned at 8%.
Klonr Chat does not process or hold money from your Fan Platform earnings. Commission is calculated based on observed sales but charged separately to your card on file via Stripe. You are paid directly by your Fan Platform per its own schedule. Our commission billing is independent of Fan Platform payout timing.
Your authorization to commission billing is recorded with a tamper-resistant audit log entry capturing:
This record is retained for a minimum of 7 years for regulatory and chargeback-defence purposes.
Commission billing may be activated at any future time, or never. We may also choose to permanently waive commission billing or modify the rates downward. Any change increasing your commission rate will be subject to renewed 30-day notice.
